The MODJO spirit

Based on a concept of blind tasting, Modjo is above all a cuisine of taste, a generous cuisine entirely dedicated to fresh, quality produce. From the selection of suppliers to the preparation of dishes, our chef leaves nothing to chance.

MODJO's cuisine has a deliberately Bordeaux accent, with the emphasis on local artisans of taste.

After a rigorous selection process, all foodstuffs are shaped in the kitchen to offer enhanced products combining pure French tradition and originality.

After working in prestigious Parisian restaurants, Quentin decided to share his culinary values and desires in Bordeaux, an exceptional gastronomic territory: MODJO was born!
